We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-Speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions. Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 36 300 people dedicated to solving real-World mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impactdevelop and manage the train electrical team in accordance with:- Qcd commitments on the project(s)/program(s) allocated to the region - Engineering competence improvement roadmap of the region- Support electrical industrial activity on neo projects by managing the lam operation leader team in link with coe electrical- Ensure transition of region towards neo process for engineering (te), industrial (opl) and project activities (ssm efd), inlink with other train development entities (ts, tc) and central metier- Ensure the appropriate alignment and development of electrical processes in lam according to the electrical developmentprocess, aligned with central team- Train and consolidate lam electrical team competences and organization, preparing succession plan for next directly to: engineering directordirect reports: te team, opl, ssm efdnetwork & links internal- Coe electrical, metier electrical- Lam industrial, mexico sitesexternal- Nonemain responsabilitiesdevelop and manage the te team in accordance with qcd commitments on the project(s)/program(s) allocated to the region:- Implement the organization with appropriate methods and tools for the te activities under the responsibility of the region- Develop te team capacity as per workload. Put in place skill assessment and required skill development actions- Ensure proper follow-Up of the qcd of the te wp of the region- Contribute and support lam engineering competence improvement roadmapsupport electrical industrial activity on neo projects by managing the lam operation leader team in link with coe electrical:- Ensure, in link with coe elec and indus department, the development of the lam opl (skill and operational ownership)- Implement proper routines and methods with opl to ensure good coordination between manufacturing and coe elec output- Ensure through opl delivery of looms and cubicles to integration sites as per their planning need with follow-Up of physicalprogress and parts deliveriesensure transition of lam towards standard electrical development process for engineering (te), industrial (opl) and project activities(ssm efd), in link with other train development entities (ts,tc ) and central metier- Bring strong awareness of electrical development process to lam teams (project, engineering, industrial, management)- Ensure implementation of methods and tools for te to be able to produce electrical development process outputs to coeelec- In link with ts and tc, implement a strong electrical interface governance during S-Phase of new projects- Appoint, manage and develop ssm efd for electrical project in pm2020 measurement/kpis- Delivery as per qcd targets-T neo project fully executed from lam- Complete implementation of electrical development process in lam, in line with central standardsmain required competenceseducational requirementsmandatory:- Master degreedesirable:- Engineering degreeexperiencemandatory:- Experience in electrical domain in railway industry- Experience of 5 years+ team managementdesirable:- Electrical industrial and engineering experiencecompetencies & skills- Structured and organized with hand-On approach,- Good communication (information sharing, negotiation without conflict)- Able to work in an international, multi-Site and matrix organization structure while be customer focus- Fluent in english, speaking portuguese desirablean agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
