You will focus on engaging, growing and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-Organizational hr processes and leading initiatives to best support the consulting teams development and will i be doing?:- Design, support and execute a people-Related efforts.- Provide business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.- Proactively assess the team in the lookout for organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-Making and implement appropriate solutions.- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including organizational design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the teams growth and individual development plans.- Responsibility for the full employee life cycle.- Partner with the hr functions, talent acquisition, compensation & admin needs, and ensure cultural skills do i need?:- 8+ years of experience as an hr business partner- Experience in a multicultural environment.- Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders.- To thrive in a dynamic and changing environment- To be a collaborator and a team player with an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.- Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills (spanish and english).- Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.- To demonstrate project management and change management happens after you apply?Also, you can check out our webpage, linkedin, instagram, and youtube for more about dlocal!.
