Be an inspiration for people leader across the 3-5 accountabilities:- Drive the cultural transformation agenda for brazil, focus on trust, curiosity, boldness & simplicity. Being example for the leadership team and the organization.- Guarantee the best talent strategy to assure succession coverage in the market thought the right strategy of recruitment, development & retention.- Drive initiatives to guarantee high levels of engagement, inspiration & connection of the employees.- Lead the d&i strategy focus on gender balance & ethnicity (first wave), pcds, lgbt+ (second wave)- Be a key influencer & member of the executive committeequalifications and responsibilities:- High business sense, strategic mindset & agility.- Great leadership skills (business leader vs. Functional leader)- Demonstrate that can pioneer against a fast-Changing agenda & dealing with ambiguity- Proven track record to significantly influence a broad range of senior team members.- Demonstrable experience as hr executive leading key hr areas as: talent, reward, hrbp, org.
