Fiscally responsible for concept development and its growth potential relatingto budget adherence and cost savings initiatives.4. Develop and maintain reference and communication material for managementpre-Opening process, including staffing manuals, and reference books.5. Act as liaison between training, food & beverage, and management to ensurevalidity of training provided by corporate team.6. Actively test and coordinate implementation of all new ideas being considered by fogo de chao into prototypical design and ongoing operations to include:all new restaurant equipment and manufactures training programs and timelinesincorporated into new restaurant agenda smallwares replacement supplies decorelements remodel initiatives furniture & fixtures and security, phone,lighting, music systems, and hvac judgement - Make good decisions in a timely and confident change - Take action to support and implement change initiativeseffectively.3. Planning & organizing - Effectively organize and plan work according toorganizational needs by defining objectives and anticipating needs and priorities4.
