Nextly, the #1 top software development company in brazil by clutch, is seeking a senior designer (front end developer) to join their team of +60 software engineers, designers, and makers. This role will primarily focus on designing and developing user-Friendly web interfaces that meet client needs. As a member of the nextly team, you will be part of a group that has been working together for over a decade to build scalable tech solutions for companies in north america and europe. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about their craft and able to work in a team-Oriented with product managers and engineers to design and build intuitive web interfacesbuild responsive and cross-Browser web apps and websites provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance on web applications and websitescreate and maintain design guidelines and documentationstay up-To-Date on emerging design trends and technologiesparticipate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designersmanage time and prioritize tasks effectivelydevelop web applications and websites (prototypes) based on designs built in figma or another similar toolbachelor in graphic design or related fieldadvanced englishat least 4 years of experience working in similar positionunderstanding layout, typography, hierarchy, color theory, patterns, and other design principlesadvanced knowledge in html/html5, css, js, sass and jquerysolid experience with git, gulp (or webpack), bootstrapbasic knowledge in phpsolid experience building responsive and cross-Browser websitesknowledge and application of w3c and wai standards in web developmentknowledge and application of good seo practices (semantic html)proficiency with figma, adobe, including photoshop, illustrator and xdwe consider a plus:experience with web development following (Informação Confidencial) practices (core web vitals)experience with website validation tools like lighthouse, browserstack, with cypress or similar testing toolsexperience with developing web components aimed at standardization and reuse during developmentknowledge in dockeradvanced ux/ui knowledgeexperience with react js or vueexperience with cms wordpress or similaryour pick when it comes to employment models: clt/pj/cooperativawe provide resources for you to grow and learn on the job, including online courses, mentoring, and the latest gen laptopsa fully remote work environment with flexible working hoursbonus for any referrals that we end up hiring.
