The c&i team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment a mastercard company, is the global standard in identity verification, providing businesses worldwide the ability to link any digital transaction to the human behind it. Our ekata identity engine, the first and only of its kind, uses complex machine learning to combine features derived from the billions of transactions within our proprietary network and the data from our graph to deliver industry-Leading risk assessment overview:ekatas director of product management is a key part of the lac regional product team. You will own:- Developing product strategy and roadmaps to execute to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.- Manage and maintain existing product lines on an on-Going basis- Conduct business case and opportunity assessments on new product synergies and concepts.- Through a strong pov and market research, provide design specifications for product enhancements to product development.- Define business and technical requirements and manage the relationship of technical and sales resourcesmajor accountabilities:- Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling and planning- Execute business plans to increase adoption and revenue on existing and synergy products- Monitor, track and report product performance and work with the go-To-Market functions to provide market-Specific feedback for continuous product improvement- Coordinate with customer teams, customers, and third parties to develop product strategies and possible enhancements of existing product offerings- Develop and implement programs and initiatives using the go-To-Market process to increase card issuance in both established and emerging markets- Enhance the development and design of product-Marketing strategies from product decision through the product lifecycleknowledge / experience:- Prior related work experience- Extensive experience in product development, ideally in saas products- Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders- Entrepreneurial attitude and self-Starter, excels in ambiguity- Strong analytical skills, problem solver with the ability to take thoughtful risks- Must have strong business/market/financial analysis and project management skillsskills/ abilities:- Ability to interact, manage, negotiate, and coordinate effectively with internal and external business stakeholders- Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and mastercard- Self-Motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team- Bachelors degree in business administration or related- Mba is a plus- Portuguese, spanish and english requirementwork conditions: some travel requiredidentitysolutions #c&icorporate security responsibilityall activities involving access to mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by mastercards security policies and practices- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with mastercards guidelines.
