We are in need of a hardworking s&op - General manager to join our knowledgeable team at ckh cpas in belo horizonte, your career as a full time s&op - General manager is a promising opportunity to develop critical you are strong in people management, teamwork and have the right mindset for the job, then apply for the position of s&op - General manager at ckh cpas today! As an s&op (sales and operations planning) general manager your role will be focused on overseeing and managing the sales and operations planning process within an organization. The main activities are included: - Strategic planning: collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute the s&op strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives. - Demand planning: leading the demand forecasting process to ensure accurate sales forecasts, incorporating market trends, customer insights, and historical data to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand. - Supply planning: coordinating with various departments, such as procurement, production, and logistics, to develop and execute supply plans that align with sales forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and minimize lead times. - Running planning tools like apo (advanced planner and optimizer), dp (demand planning), snp (supply network planning),ppds (production planning and detail scheduling), gatp (global available to promise) and mrp (materials requirements planning) to manage stock levels of components and materials required for production. - Cross-Functional collaboration: facilitating effective communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and integration of plans and strategies. - Performance monitoring: tracking and analysing key performance metrics related to sales, inventory, customer service, and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Inventory management: optimize inventory management and implement strategies to reduce lead times, enhance the inventory health and minimize excess and obsolete inventory. - Process improvement: continuously evaluating and refining the s&op process to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, utilizing best practices, and implementing tools or systems as necessary. - Risk management: identifying potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain or demand patterns, developing contingency plans, and working closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. - Decision making: making data-Driven decisions and providing recommendations to senior management regarding demand and supply balancing, product allocation, resource allocation, and other critical business decisions. - Team leadership: managing and developing a team of s&op professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support, fostering a collaborative and high-Performing culture. - Stakeholder engagement: engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and executive leadership, to communicate s&op plans, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. -Compensation: competitive package salary & benefits skills and experience required are: - Proven leadership and management experience of multidisciplinary teams and effective team player who supports team members. - Strong analytical and statistical ability, being able to read and produce complex reports to ensure data can be transferred into timely based information to help make key business decisions. - Data analysis and reporting experience with the ability to articulate in a variety of forms and formats to suit the audience. - Ability to thrive in a fast-Paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver. - Building trust by speaking openly and honestly, listening attentively, and treating others respectfully. - Taking initiative and using failure as an opportunity to learn.
