Our goal is to build a consistent relationship with our growing community that feels empowered by us and finds place at the center of our the role:we are looking for a community manager & social media analyst to join our brand team. We are a team of storytellers responsible for building infinitepay brand and tone. We act as a creative force developing the strategic vision, brand narrative and brand voice. As a community manager, you will help us expand infinitepay community by executing best-In-Class scaled communications strategy across social media channels, moderating the community on the front lines and actively engaging, supporting and increasing the quality of interactions with customers. Additionally, youll be responsible for delivering reports, learnings and insights aiming to drive sustained growth, a better understanding of our customer, and helping us improve how we connect with our community on several youll be doing:develop and manage the programming and interaction strategy for our social platformslead the community management across social platforms on a daily basiscollaborate with brand, editorial & content teams to ideate, develop, execute and upload original content ideas for social platformsinteract with fans and followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagementperform social media listening tasks to inform the content agenda, keep up to date with trends and flag up relevant conversationpartner with our cse team to share learnings, improve quality of interactions and ensure a consistent tone of voicerecognize and support brand advocates and viral distributors among usersempower external communities, actively reaching out, meeting and building strong relationships with community influencerskeep track of metrics and important data, developing analysis and reports with insights on a regular basis ensuring the success of the communityunderstand social media tools, community building trends, and best practices for all supported platforms & emerging new onesbe the voice of our community back to internal teams, advocating for changes to address critical feedback and improve customer experience on infinitepaywhat you need to succeed:at least 2 years of relevant community managing experience and/or social media a relevant degree of journalist, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience with proof of community managing written and oral communication skills in both portuguese and englishextensive experience with social networks and internet toolshighly collaborative and working in a highly fast-Paced, sometimes chaotic environment that requires flexibility and a startup but not a must:experience with payments/financial sectorsexperience either running a fansite or participating in an online communityforum moderation experience we are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas.
