Position purpose: we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic technical recruiter from hr service industry to join our ambitious hr team and help us drive top talent at reach first via innovative candidate attraction this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Education & professional qualification: degree(s)/major(s): 4 years bba/ mba in hr from a reputed local/foreign university certification(s): na experience: 1 to 2 years of strong experience as a technical recruiter. Responsibilities: liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required. Managing hiring processes via electronic applicant tracking. Conduct first level shortlisting with candidates by talking to them and ascertaining their suitability in terms of organizations terms of employment, communication levels, alignment of their experience to the job description for the position in consideration etc. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the department and corporate managers. These interviews could be telephonic conference calls or in person depending on the situation at hand. Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-Campus recruiting events. Represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Requirements excellent writing, analytical and problem solving skills. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Should have core knowledge about 360 recruitment cycle. Assist with day to day operations of the hr functions and duties related to hiring. Keep the candidate experience as a top priority as we continue to scale our organization. Lead other talent-Related projects that support retention and morale at the company, including some hr responsibilities like onboarding etc. In-Depth knowledge and experience of recruiting end to end, attracting candidates up to director level from a variety of sources including internal recruitment systems, internal networks, headhunting, and referrals. Experience with google suite including google docs, sheets etc. Experience with microsoft applications including word, excel, and powerpoint.
