This will enable finance business partners to focus on finance performance and resource allocation supported by global centers of excellence and regional finance operations teams to deliver opex, gross to net, and industrial affairs brazil head of opex coe is responsible for building and leading a high-Performing service-Oriented team to transform the way sanofi controls opex this role has the potential to lead an organization of 3 role is designed to support all operational controlling activities for the designated global business unit and support functions within a cluster of international countries. This leadership role will be critical to support the design and implementation of the opex core modeling addition to optimizing interaction models with the larger finance organization within the region. She/he must be a change leader with ability to influence stakeholders, support the reshaping of processes/organizations while maintaining a high level of motivation within the teams and creating a positive and supporting atmosphere for the team and neighboring functions as we work together to strengthen the finance partnership with the business. This role must build a highly attractive team that can train and develop talents at all levels to nurture one finance talent pipeline. She/he is a key contributor to the finance performance opex coe will remain geographically agnostic within the region and will provide opex controlling support across countries. However the brazil head of opex coe will ideally be located in brazil.- Main responsibilities- Develop and drive international opex coe implementation plan, together with the international head of finance operations, with agreed to timelines:- Lead implementation of opex controlling core model within the region, including standardized roles/processes/tools across gbus/ functions/ geographies- Ownership to resolve any gaps within the region proposing workarounds and local adaptations- Design and implement ways of working with finance business partners to provide high quality budget, forecasts, and actuals- Manage the expansion of the coe to support additional businesses and functions contribute to the design and implementation of the finance operations model, support the roll-Out of the finance ops model globally- Track kpis to show the value and efficiencies gained through the coe model- Partner with gbu and support function leaders to ensure service levels provided by coe are met- Mutualize & harmonize activities to increase quality and efficiency in support- Key finance representative influencing a2r core model - Design and update ways of working with a2r function transferring accounting work from finance wherever possible- Lead business partner for distribution and country lead functions- Create efficient networks and working relationships with global finance stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting processes- Propose and implement new processes and tools, i.E., project tracker, to simplify operational controlling activities- Drive reporting requirements with boost coe to increase visibility of results and decrease effort of finance- Decrease internal control deficiencies through standardization of process and streamlining work- Central point of contact for audit requests - Ensure support is provided by the team in a timely manner- Build high performing service-Oriented team with high attention to detail, timelines, and internal control- Create a positive and supporting atmosphere for team and neighboring functions despite uncontrollable circumstances- Partner with one finance experience to develop an environment of learning and the development of the finance talent for the future- Managers- Promote the culture of ethics and business integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.- Comply with and promote sanofi health, safety and environment (hse) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the road safety program (road safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-Being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.- Support sanofi diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treat.
