This position is highly complex you will be expected to master commercial skills (to negotiate the deal financials), technical skills (to optimize the integration of our offer with external tech systems), data skills (to forecast and optimize the deal&# performance), and operational skills (to prioritize the opportunities and line up internal resources accordingly).Key job responsibilities- Lead the business development & relationship strategy set by amazon local and international leaderships for the portuguese spoken service.- Drive creative, highly ambitious bd/relationship marketing strategies to support awareness and performance kpis.- Implement top-Tier business development marketing strategies across a wide range of collaborations to maximize growth opportunity for the channel.- Build high-Level relations with amazon stakeholders (i.E., books, kindle, alexa, amazon prime, amazon prime video, etc.) to establish comprehensive mechanisms and campaigns with the aim of achieving highest performance in exposure, conversion and customer acquisition from amazon.- Business fluency in spanish.- Excellent reporting skills and proven record of kpi and data analysis. You value data as a translation of success. Knows which numbers to look at when measuring success in acquisition marketing.- Entertainment, publishing or media company background.- Self-Starter, with the ability to exceed expectations in a fast paced and changing environment and capable to taking initiative and working with mínimal direction.- Team player who is also self-Motivated. You know whom to contact inside and outside your organization in order to move projects forward.- Skillful negotiator and communicator, decisive on project implementation, strong diplomacy and leadership to gain buy-In and support from external and internal leaders and stakeholders.
