The head ofoperations for brazil will be in charge of the supply side operationfor live in brazil to keep growing the creator ecosystem and creatorrevenue. The position will carry revenue targets of the company andhave three main pillars of responsibilities: 1. Agency growthoperation - Directly in charge of the agency team, set the growthstrategies for the agency business area, including agency bd, agencyupscaling and top agency showcase. Make quarterly planning and goalsetting that fits with the business objectives and team structure. -Organize the team, design and implement proper operation models withinthe team. Manage the daily operation of the agency team, set up properoperation and monitoring sops to ensure the progress of the teamtowards the goals. Increase the agency revenue scale and revenuecontribution in the total live revenue. - Design and implement agencyincentive systems, build agency governance policies and playbooks forbetter management of the agencies at scale. - Conduct industryinvestigation and stakeholder management, make industry marketinginitiatives to increase the reputation and influence of live in thebroader ecosystem to nurture a more vibrant and competitive agencymarket. - Work closely with cross-Functional teams to manifest theneed of the brazilian market into the central planning and strategicroadmap, be the bridge between the local market and the central teams.2. Creator growth operation - Work closely with creator growth lead tovalidate the growth strategies for the creators, including creatorperformance improvement and top creator showcase. Make quarterlyplanning and goal setting that fit with the business objectives andteam structure. - Oversee the day to day operation of the creatorteam, design and implement result monitoring system to ensureoperation is on track, provide guidance to operation efficiencyimprovement and outcome enhancement. Increase the individual creatorrevenue ceiling in the country and revenue contribution from creatorsin the total live revenue. - Improve the creator growth program andcreator incentives, land the creator training system into theoperations and materialize the capacity building to creators bybuilding showcase creators. Motivate the continuous growth of creatorsat individual level and at scale. - Effective change management inteam&# operation model to adapt to the rapid growth of the businessand the changing realities of the ecosystem, continue to manifestcritical value creation from the platform to the creators. - Workclosely with cross-Functional teams to manifest the need of thebrazilian live creators into the central planning and strategicroadmap, be the bridge between the local market and the central teams.3. Organizational leadership - Represent live brazil in all crossfunctional forums, strengthen the interconnectivity between live andother tiktok functions locally. Build trust and collaboration withother areas of tiktok. - Make initiatives for live with otherfunctions that are mutually beneficial for the greater mission andvision of the company. - Manage the working relationship with internalcross functional teams at live to bring the need of the local businessto the central teams, creating proper communication and feedbackchannels between central and local ops, securing the benefit of thelocal teams from centralized resources. Qualifications: - Bachelor&#degree or above. More than 7 years of working experience and at least3 years of leadership roles in rapid growth organizations, have provenexperience in being responsible for delivering revenue growth kpis andfast iterations of operation models. - Professional, patient, andsuperb communication skills, proficient in managing complex internaland external stakeholders. - Result-Oriented, solution-Oriented anddata-Driven operation. - Proficient in both verbal and written englishand portuguese.
