Purpose of role Lead the people function at local level, making sure the global, regional, and local strategies meet to produce the best business results and employee experience, short and the voice for people in the local executive committee, making sure decisions are sound and always considering the people the needs and goals for brazil to the regional arena, collaborating with colleagues in the people function to produce the best e atribuições Main responsibilities- Drive the agenda and planning for the people function in brazil, spearheading efforts with regional teams and local business partners, making sure the function has a structure, goals, and milestones the people team can follow and be accountable for.- As a true generalist, manage all areas of practice with ease and depth, using a round and sound criteria to judge and prioritize (talent acquisition, engagement, dei (diversity equity and inclusion), internal communications, learning & development, compensation & benefits, people data and analytics).- Operate as a hands-On leader, navigating the vertical dimension from strategy to operational execution, and being able to seat and work side by side with the team when necessary.- Lead the people function in brazil as part of the local executive committee, advising, guiding, and challenging strategy, direction and actions to fulfill the role&# mission.- Build on the work done in other parts of the company&# ecosystem, establishing true partnership and collaboration with all practices and colleagues across the world.- Generate annual working plans for all people practices in brazil, making sure there is a clear direction and smart goals for everyone to follow.- Responsible for all data quality, analytics and dashboards used locally and/or regionally, making sure everyone processes, produces, and delivers in time and manner. Add value to local leadership team in terms of people kpis and analytics.- Drive the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda from a find/attract/assess point of view, in accordance with regional and global ta strategies.- Develop all team members to make sure their talent journey produces value to the organization, as well as to the individuals. Manage all people processes and tools with the outmost care and exemplary behaviours, making sure the function becomes a beacon for walking the talk in terms of performance and talent management- Secure the most efficient and effective delivery of basic transactional services, such as payroll and personnel administration, managing external partners to make sure customer service and results remain stable and reliable.- Audit the ta status in the markets. This must include kpis, frameworks, processes, tools & providers.- Participate in any global/regional/local projects, working with multidisciplinary teams.- Coordinate with cpo and regional ops. All budgetary needs for people brazil as part of the annual budget exercise, and make sure actuals remain within expectations.- Engage with employee experience teams, supporting them on initiatives such as evp and external employer branding.- Responsible to monitor and advice local leadership in terms of hc and personnel cost development, participating in all vacancy/new position evaluations and committees, balancing the needs of our customers with achieving all financial e qualificações Education and experience:- University degree in hr, business administration or equivalent.- At least 10 years of experience leading people in the function, with at least 5 leading the whole function for brazil in a mid-Size company, or subregions in a large company.- Experience with all expertise areas.- Experience working for multinational organizations is a must, with sox compliance strongly preferred.- Advanced portuguese and english, written and spoken.
