This role is dedicated to servingour partners with merchant servicing needs in in multiple lac markets. Its anincredibly exciting team to join our team as we are continuing to expand work closely with merchants and other ecosystem players to deliver theseservices. We believe that the market is at an inflection point whereby visa canplay a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the role reports into the b2b acceptance team within visa business solutions. Our focus within b2b acceptance is to identify needs, assess opportunities and options and quickly act upon our vision while ensuring strong execution. This role specifically is responsible for building and expanding merchant relationships in multiple lac markets. Specific responsibilities for this role may include:managing a portfolio of top b2b merchants in lac markets who bring in +1b inpayment volume for merchants with a consultative and strategic approach to uncover a fullunderstanding of their card acceptance processes and b2b expansion opportunities and agreements with accepting andnon-Accepting merchants/suppliers and expand b2b commercial volume throughacquisition/expansion, partnership or relationship managementinvestigating with internal and external partners to understand business needs andlocal market conditionscontribute active leadership to the broader b2b acceptance team and merchants and suppliers are optimizing their acceptance environment thoughuse of appropriate tools and develop acceptance deals with suppliers/merchants to position visa as apreferred method for commercial deep analytics and deal-Modeling leadership, partner closely with regionalaes and bds, vbs sales specialists and msa, pricing and other 20 percent travelthis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remoteand office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 setdays a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being inthe office 50% or more of the time based on business qualifications:10 years of work experience with a bachelors degree, 8 years of work experiencewith an advanced degree e.G. Masters/mba/jd/md, or a minimum of 3 years of workexperience with a phdfluency in englishpreferred qualifications:leader with 10+ years of extensive experience in business development, strategyand relationship in spanishexpertise and experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholdersacross large businessesexperience and expertise in commercial payments with b2b business, commercial, and financial acumen and political smart and savvy tobuild credibility, lead and guide key client and internal analytical and problem-Solving experience with a challenger management experience, especially in a consulting to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-Enterprise, goaloriented, objectives with multiple stakeholders at senior communication skills (written, oral & presentation).Additional informationvisa is an eeo employer.
