Tiktok live teams mission is to work hand-In-Hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. The head of operations for brazil will be in charge of the supply side operation for live in brazil to keep growing the creator ecosystem and creator revenue. The position will carry revenue targets of the company and have three main pillars of responsibilities: 1. Agency growth operation - Directly in charge of the agency team, set the growth strategies for the agency business area, including agency bd, agency upscaling and top agency showcase. Make quarterly planning and goal setting that fits with the business objectives and team structure. - Organize the team, design and implement proper operation models within the team. Manage the daily operation of the agency team, set up proper operation and monitoring sops to ensure the progress of the team towards the goals. Increase the agency revenue scale and revenue contribution in the total live revenue. - Design and implement agency incentive systems, build agency governance policies and playbooks for better management of the agencies at scale. - Conduct industry investigation and stakeholder management, make industry marketing initiatives to increase the reputation and influence of live in the broader ecosystem to nurture a more vibrant and competitive agency market. - Work closely with cross-Functional teams to manifest the need of the brazilian market into the central planning and strategic roadmap, be the bridge between the local market and the central teams. 2. Creator growth operation - Work closely with creator growth lead to validate the growth strategies for the creators, including creator performance improvement and top creator showcase. Make quarterly planning and goal setting that fit with the business objectives and team structure. - Oversee the day to day operation of the creator team, design and implement result monitoring system to ensure operation is on track, provide guidance to operation efficiency improvement and outcome enhancement. Increase the individual creator revenue ceiling in the country and revenue contribution from creators in the total live revenue. - Improve the creator growth program and creator incentives, land the creator training system into the operations and materialize the capacity building to creators by building showcase creators. Motivate the continuous growth of creators at individual level and at scale. - Effective change management in teams operation model to adapt to the rapid growth of the business and the changing realities of the ecosystem, continue to manifest critical value creation from the platform to the creators. - Work closely with cross-Functional teams to manifest the need of the brazilian live creators into the central planning and strategic roadmap, be the bridge between the local market and the central teams. 3. Organizational leadership - Represent live brazil in all cross functional forums, strengthen the interconnectivity between live and other tiktok functions locally. Build trust and collaboration with other areas of tiktok. - Make initiatives for live with other functions that are mutually beneficial for the greater mission and vision of the company. - Manage the working relationship with internal cross functional teams at live to bring the need of the local business to the central teams, creating proper communication and feedback channels between central and local ops, securing the benefit of the local teams from centralized resources. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or above. More than 7 years of working experience and at least 3 years of leadership roles in rapid growth organizations, have proven experience in being responsible for delivering revenue growth kpis and fast iterations of operation models. - Professional, patient, and superb communication skills, proficient in managing complex internal and external stakeholders. - Result-Oriented, solution-Oriented and data-Driven operation. - Proficient in both verbal and written english and portuguese.
