Job description location:brazil ( preference for holambra but not restrict to it) goal: leadsthe veg business in the brazil & paraguay territory inside theamericas region, delivering short and mid-Term business targets whilebuilding an effective, and sustainable long term end-To-End contributes to global and regional veg strategy aswell as specific crop strategies as a key driver to deliversustainable long term territory business objectives designs and drivesevolution of go-To-Market strategies in the territory to deliver aneffective and efficient business actively manages the human capitalwithin the territory to ensure high performing teams, building aneffective talent pool for a sustainable future nurtures key contactsin the veg industry and build relationships with outside bodies thathave major influence on syngenta business and our license to operatemonitors business performance and adjust strategies to achieve sales,profitability, and overall business contribution targets engages withsyngenta regional leadership to ensure effective, value-Addingcollaboration across the region with a focus on synergic strategiesand managing shared resources leads the territory commercial teamensuring sustainable and scalable profitable business by developing,maintaining and increasing market share in different crops ensuressyngentas full compliance with the applicable legal and regulatoryframework as well as syngentas own legal and ethical, hse, corporatesecurity, risk management and corporate governance standards providesoverall bu leadership for veg seeds teams in the territory operatingin r&d and production operations qualifications at syngenta seeds weare highly people focused we look for professionals who are engaged,collaborative and excellent in execution.
