Sound interesting?Then come in and join our team as head of poc siemens healthineers we are looking for a head of poc unit with regional responsibility, to carry out the planning and management of the general operation of a business segment. As a primary objective, you must ensure the achievement of goals and objectives, including accountability for the overall profit and loss statement (P&L).The head of poc lam is responsible to define, deploy and execute of business line - Specific strategies/objectives based on healthineers zone strategy and setup. Responsible for business line gross margin, sales & marketing expenses in the zone as well as target setting for zones. The zbll is part of the zone business area management responsibilities:- Develop and secure implementation of zone business area strategy and allocation of resources across zone.- Align with business area on business line specific zone targets,- Acts as key interface with the cbll (country business line lead),- Conducts performance reviews according to hps framework, methods and tools- Define key requirements for go-To-Market (e.G., sales/service/scm) in the zone- Actively takes trade-Off decisions within his decisions rights and also supports zone business area lead in trade-Off decisions (e.G., price escalation).- Deploys strategic guidelines including a comprehensive marketing approach (e.G., portfolio strategy) and pricing governance (e.G., target pricing across zones) and vice versa (e.G., input into global business line strategy).- Support zone heads & zone area lead on cmr excellence.- Enforces best practices sharing across zone and with other qualities and experiences:- Degree in administration, engineering and/or health sciences, with experience in business management at the local and regional level in health businesses, preferably in diagnostic laboratory- Postgraduate/master degree in finance, marketing or strategy- Experience of at least 8 years in management positions in areas of the medical equipment sector.- Excellent verbal and written communication attributes and abilities:- Leadership orientation to business results, strategy and innovation, collaboration and influence, and strategic thinking.- Willingness to travel within and outside the country.- Advanced englishour globalteam:we are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of whats possible in healthcare to help improve peoples lives around the world.
