This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in brazil. We are looking for a head of product to steer our products to unprecedented heights and oversee our product strategies. Ultimately, the head of product is expected to uncover new sources of revenue growth for the company, using the current product line and also creating new products to fill in gaps, coordinate multidisciplinary groups of people who are working on specific projects together, make sure everyone knows the main goal and each persons responsibility on it. Create communication workflows to enable easy knowledge sharing. To excel in this role, you will need to thrive under pressure and make strategic decisions that will steer the entire product organization towards the future. Also, its crucial to have exceptional people skills and solid experience that will contribute to building and managing a high-Performing team that delivers outstanding results. Your impact: - Implement best practices, and help your teams come up with creative solutions to both technical and organizational challenges. - Take ownership of the results, track critical metrics, and use them to drive decision-Making about whats next. - Drive product strategy connecting the dots between the products and squads on your tribe. - Encourage and lead changes that enhance organizational and workforce effectiveness. - Create clear escalation paths to resolve issues within the team and validate meaningful decisions quickly. - Understand roi, spending, and allocating money wisely and in line with business needs act responsibly and with ownership for financial decisions. - Determine the product vision, making sure its aligned with the companys vision and goals. - Communicate the product vision to the entire company, making a stand for the products or tribes that you work with. - Develop the product managers on the team, giving coaching sessions, and technical support when needed, and helping them to grow on their career paths. - Actively participate in hiring processes for future product members of the team. What we are looking for: - Previous solid experience with digital product management. - Experience in designing and developing scalable, well-Tuned, and highly available products. - Proven track record of working across team boundaries to deliver delightful customer experiences across the full stack. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Excellent leadership skills. - Strategic and analytical mindset. - Passion for building and innovating world-Class enterprise products that support a global client base. - Experience running a/b tests, assessing customer needs, working across a variety of functional teams, developing solutions, and launching products and features that impact growth. - Solid knowledge of data analysis, being able to create and manage datasets, and complex cross-Analysis.
