As the head of broking and broking strategy for h&b latam, you will beresponsible for driving the overall broking strategy and carriermanagement strategy. You will report to the head of h&b latam and theglobal head of h&b broking and broking strategy. You will beresponsible for the following: - Establishing and executing the h&bcarrier management strategy across latam - Working with operations andtechnology you will support and lead the teams in efforts to modernizethe placement and renewal processes across latam and establishing aprioritization process to address the largest markets initially -Working with the insurance carriers and local teams to establish avalue proposition for the carriers that will increase wtws mdirevenue - Working with the insurance carriers to find more efficientways of partnering together, including areas such as data ingestionand direct connectivity - Management of the latam market derivedincome (mdi) including increasing this revenue year over year -Identify opportunities to drive more value to the insurance carrierssuch as data analytics that will increase revenue to wtw - Overseeingimplementation of the standard operating model for placement andrenewal work, maximizing the use of the global benefits shared servicecenters, automating the process, and reorganizing teams to establishdedicated placement teams where applicable - Member of the h&b latamleadership team: working with the region leaders to execute h&bsbusiness plan, with a focus on h&b priorities and initiatives, as wellas cross-Lob perspectives. - Oversee all vendor relationships andsource relationships in the market for h&b, ensuring terms, conditionsand financial arrangements maximize value to h&b - Representing h&b inthe broking and broking strategy community coordinating with the riskand broking segment to collaborate on common goals key featuresexcellence - Manage the overall placement strategy ensuring that wtwis performing according to our excellence standards people - Displaystrong leadership and people management skills - Work in acollaborative manner demonstrating the willis towers watson valuesclients - Manage the wtw h&b carrier management strategy incollaboration with global head of broking and broking strategy -Directly manage the carrier relationship of top 10 to 15 carriersacross the region - Identify ways to leverage effective carrierrelationships by maximizing the potential of the wtw h&b portfolio ofbusiness. Develop opportunities to grow and increase pipelines forcurrent and future business opportunities - Demonstrate a strongcommercial ability to leverage from deep knowledge of the employeebenefits market - Connect across all areas of h&b to identifyopportunities for maximizing external relationships to bring value toour clients financial - Manage the latam h&b market derived incomerevenue with year over year growth expectations to be establishedannually - Work with teams to define appropriate delivery models inorder to implement efficient and effective placement protocols - Workclosely with the latam h&b leadership team along with counterparts inthe risk and broking segment to drive growth and profitability therequirements - Strong understanding of the placement/broking process -Familiarity with marketing, placement and related processes iscritical - Ability to evaluate and identify areas for processimprovement, make recommendations on template development, evaluateperformance against established metrics - Oversee key relationshipsand steer operations of the placement process - Extensive experiencedirecting and managing carrier partnership initiatives across multipleinternal functions - Demonstrated ability to partner and collaboratewith colleagues at various levels - Ability to travel as needed (up to50%) - Influence and direct stakeholders internally and externally -Bachelors degree strongly preferred in lieu of degree, significantexperience in placement/broking operations will be considered equalopportunity employer similar jobs professional of transport quote/bid/plan bra robert half director of it digital product - Hiring urgently empregara art director /world of warships/ /relocate to serbia/ belgrade/ - Hiring now.
