The opportunity we are hiring an fp&a sr. Specialist for our finance team in são paulo ! As a fp&a sr. Specialist, you will report directly to the manager of fp&a, and have strong hands-On experience supporting complex financial planning models for the global indirect areas throughout gympass in all countries (11 currently). This is a position based in são paulo/brazil. This role places significance on supporting our growth as a company, organizing and prioritizing initiatives, as well as to provide recommendations and actions for improvements. You will be a key part of a highly effective global team, constantly helping to improve our expenses daily controls, operating as a trusted member of the finance team at gympass. And have the opportunity to perform as a finance business partner for teams across the company, being responsible for addressing all matters related to gympass expenses. Your impact monthly expenses closing review, partnering with other finance teams as accounting and accounts payable to ensure the correct expenses accounting. Development of annual budget and forecasts reviews. Track and budget control, analyzing and understanding variations, anticipating overspend and ensuring actions are taken care so that expenses are within approved. Partnering with all teams across the organization, bringing more visibility to all parts on how we are investing our money and supporting them by lending a financial perspective on daily business. Development of more efficient controls and work on data automation, improving existing reports and tooling capabilities in financial systems. Build metrics and kpis to analyze productivity and efficiency together with teams. Work on process improvements that impact expenses accounting and controls. Who you are graduated in business administration or related fields a professional with relevant experience on fp&a/controllership roles, especially with expenses control and analysis able to work with data (specially data modelling), and proven excel and analytical skills someone with an unsettling mindset and eager to improve existing controls and build new ones willingness to resolve process inefficiencies & find opportunities for automation and learning new systems is a requirement an advanced english speaker what we offer you were a wellness company that is committed to the health and well-Being of our employees.
