Job description:- And long-Term objectives and should be ableto communicate this toa non technical audience to ensure that thebusiness strategies are independently on severalconcurrent complex initiatives and devises project definitions tosolve complex business problems considering business processes and/orsystems capability to achieve desired also be called uponto represent the organization on corporate and enterprise-Wideinitiatives related to best practices reviews and/orcompliance-Related current working knowledge ofthe products across both domestic and international design and document integration solutions based on functionalrequirements and integration requirements by preparing functionalrequirements, technical design, service specifications & releasescope/closely with developers to ensure the solution isdeveloped, tested and rolled out for business based on the 8-15 years of total informationtechnology experience5-8 years of core banking business analysisexperience & implementing core banking degree inbusiness, science, engineering or technology desirablebanking domainexperience (dda, payments, funds transfer, international cashmanagement, swift /messaging, trade services)experience implementingand or supporting core banking products is indiagramming tools is required, ms visio facingmanagement or relationship management tocommunicate (both verbal and written) issues in a clear and timelymanner to build trusting partnership a wide variety of audiences Motivated, highly-Focused, detail-Oriented as wellas a team player with high energy levels and the desire to learn andprogress within the organizational and to work well under pressure.
