Head of banking (fintech) - Spanish speaker payretailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass onlinepayments to the latin american market. The company combines localmarkets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants tosuccessfully expand their business into high growth, emerging marketswhile eliminating the many operational complexities of managingcross-Border payments. Our strategy has created a differentiated modelin the payments risk team is growing and we arelooking for a head of banking to be based in sao paulo who willdevelop our banking operations management framework and strategy forpayretailers and our coming soon digital wallet, defining also a riskassessment of our main markets operations. The main goal is to build astrong and reliable banking infrastructure to support current businessincluding both bank accounts and alternative duties and responsibilities:- Develop abanking operations management framework and strategy for payretailersdigital wallets, including developing risk assessments of key markets,countries, customers, and banks.- Develop and keep current thedigital wallets banking acceptance policy.- Develop and maintainpayretailers digital wallets documentation to be used for accountmaintenance activities, as well as ongoing bank accountmanagement.- Oversee the processing of all account opening andclosing activities, provide the documentation required by banks, andmanage the ongoing bank kyc activities.- Manage internal access tobank accounts.- Provide ongoing reports to the business of currentbanking status and health as well as key banking activities.-Engage with key internal stakeholders to facilitate account openingand closing activities.- Manage the day to day activities of thebanking team including planning, scheduling, and reporting.-Provide direction, training, and mentoring for the team of bankingmanagers, analysts, and andqualifications:- +5 years of experience in a similar role inthe fintech industry with focus on digital wallets products.-Senior level role in international banks with deep knowledge ofbanking policies in risk & complianc- Bachelors degree inbusiness, accounting (master will be a plus).- Proficient level ofenglish and spanish.- Self-Motivated, with ability to lead anddrive change initiatives, can-Do attitude.- Deep understanding offunctioning of banking operations.- Good organisational/timemanagement skills, structural thinking.- Ability to be hands onwith high attention to detail without losing the strategicstandpoint.- Willingness to work in a fast-Growing company workingenvironment and adapt to changes fast.- Effective businesspartnering skills and ability to build and maintain strong we offer:- Competitivesalary!- Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowthstage- Private health insurance- At least one day of homeoffice per week!- Free language classes- Individualdevelopment plans- Excellent work environment and goodcollaboration similar jobs head of school red house internationa... director of it digital product - Hiring immediately - Get hired fast grabs head of regional marketing/ ooh finland - Fast hire - Start immediately.
