Job level descriptor: entry level position with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks. Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy. Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures marketing marketing is the management function in the organization that provides consumer driven strategic direction. It works with r& d on the identification of the right innovation growth pipeline which can remove barriers to penetration and unlock value.
