Main cross-Functional activities: lead the brand strategy, identityand go-To-Market strategy for arvores portfolio of product, as wellas arvores institutional brand in addition set and report on institutional kpis ideate and collaborate to create the marketingcampaign strategies for our products build and execute thesemarketing plans and roadmaps for our products across owned, earned,and paid media channels that ensure successful product launches andextend their lifecycles work and line up with área de desenvolvimentode negócios, production leaders, creative directors, and studio teamsto define positioning, consumer target, and product features to ensuresuccessful product launches, brand growth, content development, andgo-To-Market strategies help guide the product managers decisions onthe commercialization, pricing, branding, target personas andpositioning of the product, as well as researching of comparativebenchmarks work with studio leaders to define and understand consumerneeds and help guide the prioritization of improvements for playerexperiences keep up, research and present comparative industrymetrics, collect and analyze anonymous user data from our products andxr platforms. Help keep all internal stakeholders updated on thecurrent zeitgeist of the xr medium elevate arvores relationship withthe xr platforms. Guide the creation of successful product pitches toexternal stakeholders platforms and investors communicate arvoresvalues and increase the companys brand awareness externally lead the communications, social media and community teams at arvore drive andlead the external contractors for pr and marketing as well asintegration with internal asset production and communication teamsestablish the kpis to measure the performance of ongoing marketingefforts. Launch campaigns for our products, and develop detailedreports of their execution drive alignment and accountability toresults for our products across creative development, production,analytics/insights, finance, and market planning active participationin arvore events and also in talent acquisition campaigns. Must have:experience in marketing for games. Good relationship with gamesmarketing and services providers such as agencies, pr firms, etc. Inlatam and north america experience leading remote teams. Fluentenglish, spoken and written strong self-Management skills excellentinterpersonal communication skills nice to have advanced experience in marketing for games experience in extended reality products and gamesdevelopment advanced knowledge in game analytics, and user acquisitiona strong passion for games, movies, storytelling, virtual reality, andnew technologies is a plus.
