Responsibilities - Execute multi-Channel campaigns to drive brand perception, likeability, d&i and adoption in our key target audiences, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels- Support on the development of creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including all online and offline channels.- Support on research local market trends and user demands, gathering customer and market insights to influence our marketing strategies and provide support in execution.- Work in partnership with the brand & creative, media, content and social media teams as well as our agency partners to bring our overall marketing plans to life- Manage and follow budget guidelines and internal processesqualifications- Bachelor or above degree in marketing, advertising or communication- Advanced english- Experience in a marketing or agency environment, working closely on marketing campaign execution, and project management- Desirable experience with influencer and creator marketing campaigns- Creative, highly motivated and self-Starter. With the capability to navigate in a high speed changing environment- Strong organization skills ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requirements and projects- Excellent cross-Group collaboration skills.
