Main cross-Functional activities:lead the brand strategy, identityand go-To-Market strategy for arvores portfolioof product, as wellas arvores institutional brand in addition set and report oninstitutional kpis ideate and collaborate to create the marketingcampaignstrategies for our products build and execute thesemarketing plans and roadmapsfor our products across owned, earned,and paid media channels that ensuresuccessful product launches andextend their lifecycles work and line up with áreade desenvolvimentode negócios, production leaders, creative directors, and studioteamsto define positioning, consumer target, and product features toensuresuccessful product launches, brand growth, content development,andgo-To-Market strategies help guide the product managers decisions onthecommercialization, pricing, branding, target personas andpositioning of theproduct, as well as researching of comparativebenchmarks work with studio leadersto define and understand consumerneeds and help guide the prioritization ofimprovements for playerexperiences keep up, research and present comparativeindustrymetrics, collect and analyze anonymous user data from our products andxrplatforms. Help keep all internal stakeholders updated on thecurrent zeitgeist ofthe xr medium elevate arvores relationship withthe xr platforms. Guide thecreation of successful product pitches toexternal stakeholders platforms andinvestors communicate arvoresvalues and increase the companys brand awarenessexternally lead thecommunications, social media and community teams at arvore drive andlead theexternal contractors for pr and marketing as well asintegration with internalasset production and communication teamsestablish the kpis to measure theperformance of ongoing marketingefforts. Launch campaigns for our products, anddevelop detailedreports of their execution drive alignment and accountabilitytoresults for our products across creative development,production,analytics/insights, finance, and market planning activeparticipationin arvore events and also in talent acquisition campaigns. Musthave:experience in marketing for relationship with gamesmarketing and services providers such as agencies, prfirms, etc. Inlatam and north america experience leading remote spoken and written strong self-Management skillsexcellentinterpersonal communication skills nice to have advanced experience inmarketing for games experience in extended reality products and gamesdevelopmentadvanced knowledge in game analytics, and user acquisitiona strong passion forgames, movies, storytelling, virtual reality, andnew technologies is a plus.
