Multinational industry is looking for a talent acquisition lead position:the professional will be responsible for the strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiative through identification, attraction, and recruitment in line with the companys business diversity, equity and inclusion via the talent acquisition process, including ...Culturally advancing our diversity 360 people new ideas for improving talent acquisition team and research for close alignment and collaboration with the global talent acquisition different recruitment channels, compares effectiveness of the channels,formulates best best practices from assigned geography within global talent acquisitionteam, introduces and tests new developments from other high level quality recruitment and customer satisfaction across area ofreasonabilitytalent evaluation and screening:analyze resumes for executive/management roles for relevant skills, knowledge,and qualifications, conduct screening interviews, assist hiring managers withinterviews, test/rank candidates, and provide feedback to with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop andmaintain a highly qualified candidate staffing and planning:forecast future hiring needs. Identify talent on the market and build a pipeline ofcandidates for future vacancies. Requirements:degree required in applicable fielda minimum of 6 years of total progressive ta leadership in english and portuguese with business proficiency or fluency in spanishstrong people leader with ability to ensure engagement and developmentexcellent business partnership and collaboration forward-Thinking to develop and implement new ideas, while bringing people along the of succession planning programs and methodologiesknowledge of crm tool and experience leveraging the tool to source candidates aswell as manage relationshipspreferred experience in implementing new tools and change managementstrong talent management and hrbp experience will be helpful to successfully address the challenges in this roleexperience in a global positionhybrid model in the são paulo.
