Lead the business orientation for the field marketing team regarding the implementation of crop campaign. Mobilization of the main departments (financial, field marketing and sales) around 300 people. Ensure alignment with portfolio strategy / bu / pricing / planning / bi integrate products (cp & seeds), gtm, cx, services, financial tools, digital tools and loyalty, translating them into campaigns and offers (sell in & sell out). Develop the strategic plan crops / regions of responsibility and influence strategy by crop. Monitor and measure campaign success in order to continuously improve campaigns. Generate campaigns consistent with strategic priorities (e.G., growing together, key customer segments) and financial goals. Ensure campaigns are aligned with customer preferences and channel partner needs and are executed through appropriate channels based on targeted customers. Overview through multichannel campaign calendar by crop detailed description of events and implementation of interactions promote and develop dfs platform and services structured by region / crop harmonize and consolidate crop campaigns and offers into detailed implementation plan. Resource allocation by crop (agds, demand generation), including new product introduction (npi) launching. Actively participate / lead in customer events. Design interactions and activities by crop (multichannel communication + events) with respective objectives / kpis. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, agronomy or engineering mandatory: crop knowledge (agribusiness), especially in cotton, beans and cereals and their interactions with crop protection products ability to understand scenarios and develop solutions understanding of agribusiness scenario and marketing concepts.
