Manage the rearing of all target insect pests in the insectary and the conduction of laboratory and field assays develop and implement the necessary infraestructure and build organizational team capability by ensuring structure, roles, and accountabilities support the work that needs to be done lead interaction with internal stakeholders and participate in multi-Funtional teams to ensure the integration of latam trait testing initiatives into business activities engage with potential external collaborators to identify and implement key initiatives that are aligned with business needs build partnership and work collaboratively with regulatory, market development, field solutions and other teams to meet shared objectives act as spokesperson on corporate research and development and advise top management using available channels (i.E., bsc and working groups) seek for digital and automation solutions to gain eficiency. Bachelors degree in agronomy, biology or related areas ph.D. Degree in entomology or related areas with previous experience in r&d function at the industry strong background in entomology is mandatory expertise in insect rearing techniques, laboratory bioassays and experimentation in controlled environment and field excellent organizational, time management and record keeping skills. Previous experience with team leadership is highly desirable strong verbal and written communication quality management system and biosafety knowledge advanced/fluent english and fluent portuguese location: santa cruz das palmeiras/sp.
