Production assistant This professional will be responsible for helping to organize the creative brand solutions productions on a daily basis along with the internal producers as well as the vendors hired for each and every deal. From materials checking processes to archiving videos up in the cloud, this professional will be the point person of the department organization. The daily major activities Guarantee creative brand solutions vendors are completely registered and ready to work for the company Help requesting and developing contracts and payments with other areas, such as legal, finance, etc Support the production operation on set and offset (pre-Production as well as post) Responsible for organizing deliverables before and after the production Create timelines and help to keep up operational controls The essentials Bachelor degree Majored in advertising or rtv Experience with video or events production (agencies, tv channels, production houses, etc) Intermediate level of english The nice to haves Spanish is a plus Advanced knowledge in office On set experiences Knowledge in pop culture, games and lifestyle.
