Producer, unscripted is an entry level position which will play a vital role in supporting the unscripted local production team based in brazil on daily demands. This person must have a high-Level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Candidates must have a strong interest in production management and coordination. This position requires someone who communicates well, and can prioritize their own tasks and is effective at managing up by anticipating needs. Review and organize deliveries from production companies: cuts, masters, digital videos, calendars, deliverables such as stills, synopses, and other materials. - 35% Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external presentations, include short videos editing. Arrange meetings, conference calls and expense reports as requested. 20% Connection point with other areas (pmd, communication, mkt, on air, branded content, etc.) for the Review and organize deliveries from production companies: cuts, masters, digital videos, calendars, deliverables such as stills, synopses, and other materials. - 35% Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external presentations, include short videos editing. Arrange meetings, conference calls and expense reports as requested. 20% Connection point with other areas (pmd, communication, mkt, on air, branded content, etc.) for the distribution of materials of local productions: Press/pr providing treatments, episode descriptions, cuts, production delivery dates and shoot locations. Coordinating with press regarding promotable titles, upfront programs, corporate and outside events to include production personnel relations and presentation tape production. Programming providing episode descriptions, episode and show titles, program clips for as sales reels, delivery updates. Production management providing timely updates on production schedules, milestone payment confirmation and other deliverables information. Awards / competition providing required information for selected award entries and/or materials (includes information such as clips, episode and segment selection, program descriptions, credits, contact info.) Marketing & promotions assisting in selecting and distributing tapes, scripts, artwork and other materials for promo editing and marketing campaigns. Business affairs / legal coordination and communication with business affairs and legal as needed regarding business and contractual matters. Respond to special requests from insights, creative brand solutions, ad sales, affiliate sales, etc. - 20% Provide, organize, and dispense production information to outside production companies (i.E. Clocks, technical guidelines, producers packet, logo, uplink numbers, credits, copyright language, research information, beta selects, slides, qc results, suggested breaks, etc.). 15% Assists pre-Productions and shootings in external locations and studios - 10% Essentials A college degree or equivalent experience is required. The nice to haves Must be highly organized and multitasking Great attention to detail and creative mindset Strong communication skills -- Calls, email, slack Office package (specially powerpoint and excel), google suite (esp google drive and slides) and adobe premiere and photoshop knowledge is required.
