Develop relationships with lead customers and key users, collect their feedback, ideas for improvement and unmet needs capture and translate customer needs and pain points into feature requests that can be handled by our product development team run detailed analysis of the customers processes and ways of working, define improvement potential, translate it into products and features design test with lead customers and key users ideas, assumptions, feature concepts and prototypes identify opportunities that lead to growth and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis help in preparing product positioning and communication materials for the customers help in testing the product and ensure quality of our product deliveries provide support to our customer facing team during the technical pre-Sales process, support customer success team if required, represent the company at conferences and exhibitions help support local marketing and communication initiatives. Must-Have bachelors or masters degree (preferably in agricultural engineering, agriculture, or other similarly related agriculture field) sugarcane knowledge and agronomy is strongly preferred several years of product management/development. Comfortable with digital products, manipulating/configuring, demonstrating web and mobile apps, saas products several years of relevant experience in digital agriculture in brazil, knowledge of the sugarcane market is a big plus native portuguese speaker with fluent english ability to manage customer relationship with a product development mindset strong analytical (business analysis) skills to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into clear recommendations for digital solutions (navigate through customer requests, write feature requests) excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to collaborate with colleagues in different locations and areas nice-To-Have tech savvy or technical understanding of digital products: data-Driven software products, gis, remote sensing, drone operations/flights agile (scrum) product development (interact with product owners, agile software development teams, write user stories, jira/confluence).
