Video producer specialist What youll do As a video producer intern, you will be responsible for filming within our office, focusing on the social network youtube and our institutional website. When necessary, it will be expected of you to cover external events and visit clients to help us build success cases. You will be responsible for our filming identity, analyzing what we can improve on current videos as well as new projects. Responsibilities Drive dynamic conversations with people from a variety of internal areas with a focus on blue cap culture Perform a critical analysis of existing and new video content Edit videos focusing on the target audiences experience Recording, decoupage, and editing of audiovisual content Content creation for tiktok, instagram, and shorts Support in the development of scripts and contribution to storytelling Coverage of internal and external events Collaborate with creative personalities to ensure proper and on-Time execution of deliverables, such as user education materials, copy, images, video production, and all other marketing materials Requirements Excellent video recording skills, since a major part of your time you will be in front of a camera, developing and scripting best-In-Class materials High ability with camera proper use, photography, lighting, audio capture, and others Know-How to edit videos, including sound design for a maximum experience (after effects, premiere, and/or davinci) Proximity with video trimming and video color correction, audio processing, and music editing Skills in photography, graphic design (photoshop and illustrator) Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas rapidly and compellingly to a variety of audiences (storytelling) Bonus points Advanced english and/or spanish Previous experience as a video producer Compensation Competitive salary and stock options 800 brl for you to use with food in supermarkets, restaurants and delivery Gympass so you dont sit/work all day 100% funded english / spanish course 30 days of paid annual leave Education and courses stipend Every 3 years, earn a trip anywhere in the world Day off in the week of your birthday From r$2400/year remote work allowance Mental health support: we cover 40% of the cost of your therapy Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation.
