Develop and implement people, product and site strategies to ensure goals and resource needs are met and aligned with needs of latam breeding and the business key contributor to latam varietal breeding strategies and lrpand lead its execution for the varietals pipelines. Ensure that these goals and deliverables are aligned with high level functional goals and corporate objectives to support commercial lrp. Support and align breeding strategy execution across na, latam, emea and apac to collaborate with germplasm and innovation value to contribute to global soybean seed businesses. Lead multi-Functional breeding teams across latam and partner with other regions, with a key focus on driving geneticgain and product performance through digital transformation and new technology deployment in the region. Ensure employee development, including growth opportunities for key high potential individuals and senior scientists, strong succession, and change management efforts to prepare for future transformation within the function and workforce. Fiscally responsible for capital and budgetary oversight and for care and maintenance of company assets. Develop a broad knowledge of breeding focus areas, processes and opportunities for improvement and value growth. Develop employees to enable a continued focused on cultural transformation, talent development, news skills, and succession strength of an evolving workforce. Deliver new and innovative products to commercial to elevate the performance of each portfolio ensuring development of best products to the target market. Work closely with other regional breeding leads phenotyping teams pipeline systems team ag & native trait conversion teams and plant health teams to deliver a robust breeding pipeline starting in sc2 to commercial deployment with systems information to better position our seeds&traits products and improve product confidence. This role owns from breeding the advancement and deployment of new products and is the main-Point of contact with the md, product management, marketing and sales organization.
