This professional will be ahead of the planning and implementation of go to market strategies for sports challenges, working in a fast paced environment, thinking
Strategically and acting hand on. As our marketing manager this professional will lead communication projects that will integrate several internal teams and across many different platforms such as tv, digital, out-Of-Home, influencers and others, aiming to drive awareness, service sign ups and viewership. The ideal professional for this role is passionate about sports, with a robust background in global brands and will feel comfortable in a data driven environment, employing tests and measuring success, to promote permanent improvement on marketing effor
The marketing manager will be responsible for:
Responsible for the marketing planning and execution for our, leading an end-To-End process that generates a wide variety of campaign elements to promote sports content, ensuring accurate development and timely delivery
Partner closely with partner marketing, social media, pr and production teams to build awareness for the sports content and create impactful campaigns, apart from managing local agencies and vendors
Drive and enable innovation and first in class creative solutions for multiples touch points to launch the shows, partnering with key partner/agencies to ensure the best execution for marketing campaigns
Leverage existing owned digital platforms and social media channels to build and cultivate target audiences
Utilize data, analytics and insights to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision making.
Partner with research and analytics to continue to refine methodologies for measuring impact of all paid media and marketing efforts.
Help support and structure internal efficiency process and management model
Guarantee local strategy effectiveness and okr tracking
Responsible for mkt campaign budget management and allocation
What we need from you be part of this story:
Bachelor degree. Mba or masters is a plus.
Experienced in marketing to consumers and working with teams based in brazil & region.
Sports marketing experience will be differential
Experience of using data driven marketing to support decisions.
Experience in launch and sustained major global brands, content or franchises
Have worked in projects from development through to completion.
Media & entertainment marketing experience from strategy and execution is a plus.
Strong creative vision and sensibilities
Be willing to take risks to ensure creative thinking and the best outcomes possible
Demonstrated ability to thrive working in an extremely fast-Paced environment
Able to work with limited data, create solutions and deal with ambiguity
Availability to travel both international and domestic based on business needs
This position will have interaction with other countries in spanish and english.
