Atividades a serem desenvolvidas: responsibilities: marketing know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. The role: as a marketing specialist, youll play a key role in the ads marketing team, supporting projects that aim at inspiring brazilian business leaders in important industry topics, through various executive engagement initiatives. Your day to day activities will involve project follow ups, event management, dealing with agencies and other external partners, on top of internal stakeholders. Manage client expectations and ensure high quality events. Process requests for av/vc and live event services. Point of contact/escalation for event issues. Engage appropriate services for the events, either scheduling internal resources or outsourcing as needed. Post event reporting as requested. (informação confidencial)experience in event coordination and project management. Robust conflict resolution skills; able to flag and solve roadblocks in order to not impact the event. Strong oral, writing and editing skills with high attention to detail. Detail oriented. Ability to properly prioritize requests. Fluent in portuguese and english. Desired: excellent written and oral communication skills with peers, management, and crossfunctional teams. Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop product strategy/positioning, business plan, customers and market insights, analyse campaign effectiveness/roi. Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
