We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic talent acquisition specialist to join our hr team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies!. Job summarytalent acquisition specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market. This person will deliver full life cycle recruiting; means source, screen, conduct interviews, make recommendations and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Responsible for public face of the company during the recruiting process, this person must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-Boarding process. Also, accountable for maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. Job activities:perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needsdevelop or update company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewingdesign and manage recruitment and selection processessource potential candidates through online channels (e.G. Social platforms and professional networks)plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-Person interviewsassess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking systemdesign job profiles and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirementslead employer branding initiativesorganize and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsforecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by departmentfoster long-Term relationships with past applicants and potential candidateswork closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practicescreate monthly reports on key talent acquisition metricscommunicate regularly with hr department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals job requirementsbachelor’s degree in a field related to human resources english / spanish skills will be a plusexcellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processeshands on experience with applicant tracking system (ats)outstanding communications and interpersonal skills and impactful presentation styleexcellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloadfamiliarity with office applications, like excel and powerpoint, as well as popular social media platforms, such as linkedin and others job hunting platforms, are a knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws is expected.
