Main challenges High written communication skills, formal and fun (mainly fun) to produce and review content in portuguese and english. (youll really need to use your english, so thats a must) Keep up with our light and fun tone in our communication, bringing connection to popular gifs, expressions, and happenings connected to the geek world. Own and promote our winning culture and a great work environment. Promote engaging experiences to our teams stimulating connection between business units, different work models (remote and hybrid), and different countries (br, us, mx). Organize and support our super special all hands meetings with our ceo on zoom. Manage agenda, propose content, speakers, and interpreters. Responsible for the gptw certification in brazil and abroad. Apply surveys, fill in system info, promote employee interviews, and culture audits. Manage our homepage/intranet (in english) and work closely with different stakeholders to understand the main movements and events in the company and out, to promote relevant content connecting our people with our business. Manage our internal communication channels (slack and confluence), and work together with communication agents throughout the company. Provide and analyze data. Propose improvements that generate a positive impact on employees, newsletters, podcasts, or whatever you imagine. Good interpersonal skills working with mkt and branding to spread the word about our internal practices and interact with our e-Coreans on social media. Requirements: 3+ years experience in internal communication corporate area Advanced english, both written and spoken (super duper needed) Experience hosting zoom meetings (simultaneous interpretation, Q&A functions,...) Excellent communication skills (ability to summarize information, collect key points, and make connections to keep the audience interested) High commitment and strong collaborative approach Good sense of responsibility and attention to detail Ability to work in a multitask environment and to prioritize Nice to have: Experience in it companies or with similar target audience Practical experience or avid consumer for themes such as employee experience, user experience, agile hr, design thinking and ai. Previous experience with great place to work (gptw) survey/audit Experience with linchpin or confluence Spanish (is a plus) Other info: Report line - To people experience manager Based preferably in são paulo or porto alegre where we have hubs, but not limited to those locations.
