We are looking for a senior campaign & journey operator who will report to the global crm team, and wholl be tasked with spearheading transformative campaigns and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in the powersport domain. As part of your role, youll be significantly contributing to the organizations growth. Youll be at the forefront of bringing your expertise to the crm team to take the consumer journey orchestration to the next level. Your key responsibilities: advanced crm campaign design : utilize the advanced features of adobe campaign to design and implement sophisticated crm campaigns, ensuring alignment with evolving company objectives, crm specialists strategies and customer behavior trends. html template modification : adjust and refine html/css templates within adobe campaign to ensure optimal email rendering that are both visually engaging and functionally responsive. end-To-End user acceptance testing (uat) : lead and execute comprehensive uat processes for crm campaigns, identifying potential pitfalls and ensuring all aspects run flawlessly before rolling out to customers. campaign automation & monitoring : continuously review and validate the quality of customer targeting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance, while addressing any discrepancies that may influence campaign outcomes. ongoing crm performance analysis : dive into advanced metrics within adobe campaign client console, making recommendations and strategic adjustments based on deep analytical insights. Your qualifications and skills: technical proficiency : solid knowledge of adobe campaign, html and css, enabling efficient modifications to email and messaging templates. uat acumen : proven experience in planning, executing, and troubleshooting uat processes analytical and result-Driven : adept at monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide crm strategies and initiatives. adaptive and problem-Solving skills fluency in english is mandatory.
