We are looking for a sr project manager based in sao pablo for our B2B digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for coordinating all projects for a major global company, the pm team, and internal production teamsresponsibilities leading and strengthening the pm team bringing the best end-To-End project management practices strategic and cross-Cutting vision of all projects to be able to identify business opportunities managing and setting priorities for project volumes to properly meet deadlines keeping in touch with the client, interpreting their needs and preparing clear and practical briefs for all teams involved in the project assess and ensure the quality, creativity standards, proper timing and prioritization of all projects identifying strategic projects to give them the focus and treatment required working towards the teams constant improvement, seeking talents, providing training and upgrading processes preparing reports and specific documentation for campaigns, projects and different processes to fulfill all strategic needsskills strong communication and people skills skills and experience in content and brand management multitasker who works well under pressure youll be in constant contact with the client so portuguese and spanish is a must ability to identify priorities self-Starter attention to detail good time management and organization prep reportseducationdegree in communications, advertising or marketing or related third level education must have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in agencies, background in project and content management. Based in brazil (preferably são paulo) relaxed, friendly and flexible environment. Remote work birthday day off, week off between christmas and new years, 6 extra days off to use during the year plus additional days for birth, moving or personal issues.
