Vip manager, crm (remote)department: crmemployment type: full timelocation: brazildescription Reporting to: customer retention manager Working closely with: retention, marketing, data, regional leads Seniority: mid-Senior leveltl/dr:we are looking to hire an experienced, passionate, and execution-Focused crm professional to join our crm team to focus on our highest value (vip) customers around the world. You will be expected to be the owner of all vip efforts, working on multiple projects at a time in a very fast-Paced, results-Oriented environment. If you arent ready to be challenged, then please do not apply for this nitty-Gritty: Develop and execute a vip customer management strategy to enhance customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Craft and deploy customized, targeted campaigns via multiple channels such as sms, website bots, emails, in-App messages, push notifications, etc. Coordinate with the local crm manager in each region to plan these vip strategies and execute them Strategize and design user flows for various player lifecycle stages, segmenting the customer base to uncover insights, and targeting specific customer segments with dedicated campaigns and promotions. Ensure timely and accurate campaign execution and delivery, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed about performance and results. Develop and execute multi-Channel ad-Hoc & triggered campaigns Propose A/B tests to validate campaign ideas, monitoring their performance, deriving insights, and recommending optimizations. Define and create target groups for crm initiatives, planning campaigns and promotions. Establish personalized relationships with vip customers through various channels including but not limited to email, whatsapp, website chat, and/or sms Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas of concern. Be proactive in getting them the offers they want to keep them engaged. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and high-Quality customer experience. Monitor vip customer feedback and liaise with internal teams to implement improvements. Ensure compliance with gaming and other relevant regulations in all interactions with vip customers. Prepare and present regular reports on vip customer metrics, initiatives, and roi. Your stats: A minimum of 3 years experience in a retention role within the gambling industry or a related field. A self-Starter with initiative and drive. Proven track record of being able to develop and execute a campaign strategy Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail Experience of implementing, driving and managing multi-Channel campaigns. Working knowledge of databases and email (jira/confluence/power bi/smartico) Strong reporting and analytical skills. A hands-On individual not afraid to roll their sleeves up!
