The roleyour responsibilities will include:manage and maintain team liquids erp system tools to process and issue internal and external purchase orders, coordinating and fulfilling delivery of materials track availability and lead times of products and delivery statuses of placed sale orders for wholesale and affiliate partnersutilize team liquids project management tool to identify, monitor, and resolve technical issues and delays in works in progress, including processing, procurement, shipping, production, and transitact as a brand ambassador when replying to customer inquiries, claims, quality, and returns, packing orders neatly in reshipmentswork closely with internal team members to develop and execute production and stock-Level management strategies and maintain competitive pricingassist with commerce-Related initiatives, traveling as needed to select and ship material and samples for launches, lab dips, and fitsideal profile4+ years of experience in inventory management, material planning, and optimizing inventory and material flow through efficiencyproficient in google suites and microsoft officeexcellent verbal and written communication skillsexperience working with talentcreative problem solversolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsfluent in english and portuguesealignment with team liquid values:integrityhumilitypursuing excellencecuriosityauthenticityinclusivityyoull earn bonus points if you have:previous experience managing e-Commerce platformsprevious experience in the apparel industrywhats on offer?Work alongside & learn from best in class talentjoin a well known brand within media & entertainmentfantastic work culture.
