Our team vision is to develop innovative narratives that empower our community within top content categories to connect with their :- Identify strategic opportunities for operational efficiencies within the team- Explore business development opportunities with optimized collaboration plans. Build a new marketing partnership strategy for impactful growth opportunities including new user acquisition, total active users, market share, brand perception, etc.- Research regional/local market trends and user demands provide operation strategies and support execution.- Establish and promote deep communication and collaboration with local kols, social media and other digital channels to develop online community reputation and brand awareness.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the sports & gaming categories, including events and campaigns.1. Identify potential partners and sponsors, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage relationships with existing sponsorships.- Build brand awareness of the sports & gaming verticals, reinforce the sports & gaming communities, and ensure that the teams values and goals are clearly communicated as a brand.- Measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using analytics and data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.- Manage sports & gaming marketing budgets, including allocating funds to different initiatives and monitoring expenses to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.- Collaborate with other departments within the cross-Functional team, including sales, operations, community and communications, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and :- A deep understanding of the sports & gaming industries and the local market. This includes knowledge of different sports, video games and publishers, fan behavior, and trends in the industry.- Strong analytical skills and being able to analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns.- Related experience in marketing strategy, partnership or branding relevant experience in internet companies preferred. International company experience preferred.- Highly motivated and result-Oriented self-Starter. With the capability to tolerate the high speed and pressure working load and intent to ask for chasing the high performance.- Experience leading and managing cross-Functional projects, budgets, and timelines, and being able to motivate and inspire with their projects.- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write and edit content, present ideas to stakeholders, and negotiate partnerships and sponsorships.- Strong collaborative skills, experience working with teams across different functions and time zones highly is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
