Success in this role requires a focus on people management, project and relationship management, client education, campaign measurement, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows tiktoks ability to drive client :- Craft overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the team to increased growth potential- Prioritize sales narratives that speak to the needs of the agencies- Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue- Bring a consultative approach that will align around a customer first methodology- Provide thought-Leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities- Ensure that our agency partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.- Develop, mentor and manage a team of individual contributorsqualifications:- 10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.- Proven track record of building, developing and leading high performance teams- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.- Creative, outside-The-Box thinker and strategist.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-Technical stakeholders- Passion for tiktok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
