Tiktok has global offices including los angeles, new york,london, paris, berlin, dubai, mumbai, singapore, jakarta, seoul, tokyo and :- Work with country leads to define the learning agenda and market research program for their market, align on the right methodology, and develop business recommendations and documentation.- Partner with the marketing team on critical projects, supporting them with market trends, consumer learnings, competitive analysis, etc.- Relationship management & reporting with key internal stakeholders: brand strategy, creative solutions, creative lab, events, sales.- Own relationships with research agencies.- Help to define strategies for clients and manage the insights budget.- Support sales and marketing teams with insights for creative, strategic or consulting purposes.- Develop consumer and market insights for verticals (cpg, retail, automotive, travel, tech, finance, luxury) in line with the business objectives and the long term roadmap.- Centralize and own all market/industry knowledge (official numbers) coming from external sources, providing input to key stakeholders as needed.- Extract key market-Level insights and implications from wider research programs.- Write briefs, review proposals, and own end-To-End project management.- 5+ years of experience in marketing research, data, analytics or insights.- Experience in an analytical, problem solving, strategic project management role, working hands-On with data to identify trends and make recommendations.- A range of experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.- Self-Motivated, detail-Oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, including research projects.- Experience leading cross-Functional projects with proven ability to work with people at all levels both internally and externally.- Strong ability to communicate and articulate complex data to a diverse audience.- Proficiency in power point and/or equivalent tools.- Proficiency in portuguese and english spanish language skills also preferred
