Our job is to build a loved brand while bringing new audiences to the platform across all marketing :- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tiktok brand in brazil, including campaigns, events and D&I initiatives- Build brand strategy for impactful growth opportunities including new user acquisition, brand perception, active users and market share- Research local market trends and user demands provide operation strategies and support execution.- Establish and promote deep communication and collaboration with local kols, social media and other digital channels to develop online reputation and brand awareness.- Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives end-To-End execution, including agency management, cross-Function alignment and success measurement (using analytics and data to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement)- Manage marketing budgets, including allocating funds to different initiatives and monitoring expenses to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.- Collaborate with other departments within the cross-Functional team, including sales, operations and pr to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives. Qualifications - +7 years of related experience in marketing strategy, partnership or branding relevant experience in tech companies preferred.- Strong analytical skills and being able to analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns.- Highly motivated and result-Oriented self-Starter.
