As a result our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the description:- Support project management commissions, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards.- Prepare reports - Use of excel, power bi, power point, other- Support construction site visits/supervision- Support bid/procurement process (prepare rfp, down select or qualify providers)- Prepare meeting notes- Understand/be familiar with design drawings- Able to prepare project schedule within ms projectqualifications:- Fluent english - Written and spoken, spanish desirable.- Good communication - Able to manage & handle various project stakeholders - From construction team to client meetings.- Knowledge on digital platforms - Revit, bim, autodesk, etc. Desired.- Knowledge on power bi reports - Managing and programming desired- Pmi certified or in the process of certification desired- Good interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr.
