Motorola is at the forefront of designing and developing products supporting 5G technology. The product director will be responsible for developing product strategy by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production schedules, prices and time-Integrated plans for product introduction, developing marketing strategies.
Responsabilities
Work across sales, technical teams, technology companies, portfolio management, product marketing, engineering, operations, design, research and development, etc., to define innovative technologies and product concepts and develop them into products through first phases of the development cycle.
Combine new ideas, technology roadmaps, and consumer demands into a compelling product and experience vision and evangelize that vision within the organization.
Synthesize global customer and partner requirements and be the customer voice for future products and technologies.
Develop value propositions, business plans, product requirements, market strategy and initial forecast estimates for new product concepts.
Evaluate commitments involving resources, schedule, cost, price and technical risk.
Take care of lenovo equipment and materials used in the development of its functions, such as notebooks, cell phones, tools, backpacks and others.
Comply with the standards and procedures contained in the quality, environmental, safety and occupational health management systems, as well as other lenovo standards, procedures and policies.
Perform other tasks related to the position and/or determined by the company.
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Major and futher specialization
Large experience within 4P
Large experience within product
Large experience within global companies
Experience with people management
Strong leadership and communication skills
