Pep+ is our strategic end-To-End transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and more about our culture and life at pepsico:responsibilities:the opportunity- Co-Responsible for full year results: net revenue, year over year evolution- Design key metrics to ensure the 3pd channel growth evolution- Leverage key business drivers to enhance business performance including partnering the regional sales with advice/ recommendations / evaluation / of all issues and initiatives that impact profitability and growth- Lead new business agenda in 3pd business, evaluating new partnerships, in order to support the region to increase topline- Leading the distributor alignment impact- Co-Design joint business planning and periodic business reviews with major wholesale customers- Co-Executes all end of period reporting including reviews, gap closure initiatives and identification of strategic and performance gaps- Works with financial planning to develop and maintain 3pd channel scorecards and find strategies to improve net sales results- Defines strategies for growth in the channel- Manages communications to the 3pd team of plans and results- Work on sales organization action plan in order to achieve ohs targets and increase employees engagement in the annual survey- Lead continuous development of direct reports, focusing on hps and preparing the leadership for higher standards and to constantly increase the volume of channel- Co-Leads development and delivery of the annual operating plan (aop) for customer insight brands across the 3pd channel- Identifies and defines key category and customer issues and who are we looking for?- Degree in business administration or related field, specialized education in sales or marketing and strong experience in manage business in a dynamic market- Specialized/mba education in marketing and/or retail /indirect channel- Strong leadership, creativity, negotiation and good relationship skills- Fluent in english and portuguese (spanish will be a plus).What you can expect from us:- A hybrid work environment that promotes a healthy work-Life balance- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that encourages your professional growth and development- Opportunities to work on relevant and impactful business projects- Opportunities to give back to the community through our volunteering programs- We offer a 100% free language development pepsico, we value diversity and inclusion and recognize it as the right thing to do for our business and society.
