Director Brenntag Excellence As a Director Brenntag Excellence, you are responsible for overseeing and driving the regional implementation of the Brenntag Excellence program. You will coach regional Green & Black Belts in their project work and be a member of the Brenntag Excellence Leadership team. Tasks Derive focused measures from analysis and drive the implementation Train and coach Excellence resources as well as line managers in the region Lead Excellence roll-Out and activities in the respective region Lead cross-Functional projects In collaboration with Head of (Functional) Excellence: Further develop Excellence tools, adapt them pragmatically to business needs Share best practices within the region and across functions Define and further develop the Excellence principles, systems, methodology, tools, templates, training and workshop formats Responsibilities Self-Led as well as coached projects in the region are closed in defined quality, time and resources Trainings in regional scope are delivered with a score of minimum 80% satisfaction Maturity levels and potentials are known in focused areas of Excellence roll-Out Evidence has shown that continuous improvement as an integral part of Excellence is working within the region Determine resources in regions for Excellence projects in collaboration with line managers Participate in the decision-Making of project prioritization Build and develop a team according to Excellence and own requirements Access to all data, platforms and strategic project information Your Profile Education and Experience Certified Lean / Six Sigma Master Black Belt Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics or Business Administration, or other discipline At least 5 years experience in Lean, people change At least 10 years of business experience Understands the business model of Brenntag and its financial and economic connections Skills and Abilities High customer orientation, passionate, highly motivated and result-Oriented Able to adapt quickly to changed conditions and priorities Ability to drive and execute corporate initiatives through a diversified organization and to work in different cultures high mobilization skills Strong team player and networker ability to work at all levels across the organization Must have excellent data analysis and presentation skills combined with strong bias for action and results orientation Must have the ability to run workshops and coaching on top management and on on-Site level#J-18808-Ljbffr
